Each statement submitted will be evaluated based on but not limited to the following criteria: overall qualification depth of background with school projects qualifications of architectural firms personnel relevancy and quality of past experiences.

Each architectural firm shall submit the following information and documents. SOQ should provide straightforward, concise information that satisfies the requirements noted in this RFQ.

Disqualified statements any submittal received by the after the time and dated stated above, shall be refused and returned.

The contractor shall correct it promptly after receipt of written notice from the district to do so unless the district has previously given the contractor a written acceptance of such condition. within one 1 year after the date of completion of the work

The district may withhold or delay contract payments to the contractor and/or any subcontractor if: the required prevailing rate of per diem wages determined by the director of the department of industrial relations is not paid to all workers employed on the project

If, within one 1 year after the date of completion of the work or a designated portion thereof, or after the date for commencement of warranties established under article 9. 9. 1, or by the terms of an applicable special warranty required by the contract documents, any of the work is found to be not in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, the contractor shall correct it promptly after receipt of written notice from the district to do so unless the district has previously given the contractor a written acceptance of such condition.
