Oregon City School District is seeking proposals for the supply and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for major renovations at six elementary schools and CTE improvements at Oregon City High School. The firms with the highest combined proposal and pricing point total will be considered the most qualified. The evaluation process includes written proposal evaluation and pricing evaluation.
Proposals must include company profile, background, experience, warehousing capabilities, phased installations process, product warranties, list of manufacturers, and total cost. Firms must also confirm compliance with Oregon public contracting law and prevailing wage requirements.

The deadline for submitting a protest is 7 days after the notice of the intent to award is published.
