Protests must be submitted in writing within ten calendar days of the issuance date of the Notice of Intent to Award (NOIA). is submitted within ten 10 calendar days of the issuance date of the noia.
Proposers may be disqualified for late or incomplete proposals, failure to register with the ePRO system, not complying with RFP terms, or providing false information. all proposers must register with the epro system prior to the date and time to submit the proposal or they will be disqualified.
