Orange County seeks a nationally recognized firm of attorneys specializing in public security and tax law to serve as municipal bond counsel. Services include advising on bond issuance, compliance, and document drafting. Proposals must be submitted by October 14, 2026. The county reserves the right to accept offers other than the lowest priced one. Attendance at the preproposal conference and site visit is strongly recommended.
