The Town of Eagle is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for Phase 1 of its wayfinding study implementation plan. The work includes fabricating and installing vehicular directional signs, e-bike regulatory/educational signs, and open space trail hub signs. Submissions are due by October 15, 2026. The selected contractor must provide project coordination, design refinement, fabrication, delivery, and installation. The project is funded partly by a CTO grant, which applies only to vehicular directional signs, which must be completed by May 31, 2027. The selection will be based on the best overall value.
The retrofit of existing vehicular directional signs must be fabricated, installed, inspected, and accepted by the town no later than May 31, 2027.
The contractor shall provide manufacturer warranties, maintenance information, final approved shop drawings, product data, color and material specifications, and an as-installed sign schedule.
The town intends to select the proposal that provides the best overall value and is most advantageous to the town.
Proposals must include a company profile and team qualifications summarizing relevant experience and identifying personnel.
The contractor shall provide material and finish samples physical samples demonstrating approved finishes, colors, and construction quality if requested by the town.
The deadline for questions is September 30, 2026.
Failure to provide requested information may result in the proposal being considered nonresponsive.
