The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. price and other factors considered.

The first article must be delivered within 120 calendar days from the date of this contract to the government at contact buyer on page 1 of contract.

If the contractor fails to deliver any first article on time, or the contracting officer disapproves any first article, the contractor shall be deemed to have failed to make delivery within the meaning of the default clause of this contract.

All unless otherwise provided for in the contract, samples shall be returned to the contractor and may be considered as production items under the contract provided the sample s can be refurbished to ready for issue condition and provided the sample s have inspection approval from the cognizant dcmc qar.

Compensation for services is at the applicable commodity rate, per the designated schedule of rates (SOR). The contractor is required to perform all requirements for this contract for which the usg will compensate the contractor at the applicable commodity rate, per the designated schedule of rates sor.

Contractor personnel must be vetted for criminal/terrorism activity and possess a TWIC or host nation equivalent. The contractor shall ensure that all personnel, including employees and subcontractors, engaged in the performance of this contract, are vetted for any indications of criminal activity, terrorism, threat-related activity, or affiliations with organizations or individuals detrimental to the interests of the united states of america usa.

Contractors must not employ persons associated with or convicted of listed suspicions or who present unfavorable behaviors. The contractor shall not employ any person under this contract associated to or convicted of any of these suspicions or activities listed above or who presents any unfavorable behaviors or is simultaneously an employee of the usg excludes reservists or national guard service members not on orders.
