The proposal must identify the manufacturers warranty for the proposed trench drain system and the contractors workmanship warranty for the completed installation, including the concrete restoration.

The award will be evaluated based upon criteria formulated around the most important features of the services demonstrating the apparent greatest benefit to the township, which will include, but not be limited to: qualifications and experience, proposed approach, comparable projects, cost proposal.

Bidders must submit a list of comparable clients past performance, preferably comparable projects similar in size and scope, that the contractor has served within the past five years.

A mandatory site walkthrough is required to inspect the existing conditions and field verify the work. Walkthroughs are available between the hours of 7:30am - 7:00pm hours a day, Monday through Friday, by appointment and must be completed before October 7, 2026.

The township reserves the right to reject the proposal of any bidder that previously failed to perform adequately for the township or any other governmental agency.
