SEMCOG seeks to qualify up to six engineering consultants to support local agencies in integrating CIP projects into the MIC MIDIG portal and RICH. Consultants will collect existing CIPs, assist in developing new plans, and educate communities on asset management. Quotations are due by October 2, 2026.
