Payment is monthly based on actual time spent. The project requires a minimum one-year builder warranty for the homes, as stated in the desired development parameters.

The contract will be awarded to the most highly qualified provider of services on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications per Texas Government Code.

Firms must be licensed in the state of texas and submit qualifications demonstrating experience, financial capacity, project approach, and team composition.

A nonmandatory site visit is scheduled for October 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM CST at 702 N. Main Street, Conference Room 205, Victoria, Texas.
