The Texas Military Department (TMD) requires two temporary modular workspace facilities at Camp Mabry for 165 personnel. Facilities must be fully installed and ready for occupancy by March 30, 2027. The initial lease term is 36 months with two one-year renewal options and a purchase option. The contract is awarded to the lowest-priced responsive bid. A mandatory site visit is required on October 6 and 7, 2026. Bids must be submitted by 11:30 am on October 28, 2026.
