Delivery must be made not later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the order. The RFQ states: delivery will be made not later than thirty 30 calendar days after receipt of the order aro.

Payment terms are net 30 after receipt of the order. The RFQ states: WCSDs payment terms are net 30 after receipt of the order by WCSD.

Vendors must provide manufacturer warranty details. The RFQ states: vendors are to provide information regarding any relevant manufacturers warranty for any products being quoted.

Award is based on lowest responsive and responsible vendors. The RFQ states: award this solicitation contract on a linebyline basis to multiple vendors deemed to be the lowest responsive and responsible vendors.

Required forms include Exhibit A signature page, Exhibit B public disclosure, and Exhibit C price schedule. The RFQ states: all required forms must be included in rfq submissions or otherwise risk being rejected.

Failure to deliver on time may result in contract termination and rejection of future submissions. The RFQ states: wcsd reserves the right to terminate the contract with any awarded vendors and reject future rfq submissions for a period of up to twelve 12 months.

Samples may be required if quoting other than specified. The RFQ states: if samples are requested andor required as noted in the exhibit c, only if a vendor is quoting other than what is specified, the samples must be provided.

Submissions without valid signatures or contacting unauthorized individuals may be rejected. The RFQ states: if exhibit a signature page which is a required form is submitted without a valid, authorized signature, the submission will be rejected in its entirety.
