**** - Steel & Aluminum Welding Contractor to perform balcony & roof railing welding repairs on an as needed basis per Riverbay& rsquo; s Construction Department. Contractor to furnish all materials, labor and equipment required for balcony & roof railing welding. All Bidders must be certified welders and must provide proof of certification along with submission of bid. Certification of fitness for welding is a must.
