The period of performance is 48 weeks from the date of award. The delivery schedule shows performance from 30 Sep 2026 to 01 Sep 2027. the contractor shall complete the delivery of both incinerator systems within 24 48 weeks from the date of contract award.

Payment is made through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). The contractor must submit payment requests and receiving reports electronically. the wawf system provides the method to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports.

The award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). the award will then be made to the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest evaluated price.

Offerors must be registered in SAM. gov and have a current CMMC Level 1 basic assessment for NIST SP **** posted in SPRS. verification that a current basic assessment cmmc level 1 for nist sp **** is posted in the supplier performance risk system sprs.
