Delivery shall be made at the destination called for within the time indicated on the bid. All deliveries to the school district Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, no Saturday deliveries. all deliveries shall be made to the cheltenham school district monday friday between the hours of 8: 00 am and 3: 00 pm inclusive

Invoices submitted by the 25th of the month are approved at the school board legislative meeting on the second Tuesday of the following month, with payment mailed the day after. the cheltenham school district school board of directors shall approve payment for properly submitted invoices at the regularly scheduled school board legislative meeting

Materials and equipment are guaranteed against faulty materials or workmanship for one year, normal wear and tear excepted, and replaced if necessary. shall be guaranteed for one 1 year, normal wear and tear excepted

Bidders may be required to submit evidence of experience and ability, including survey forms from customers for similar work over the past five years. a bidder may be called upon before awarding of a contract to it to submit evidence of its experience and ability
