Garment Production Government Bids & RFPs

The county must receive all products ordered not later than two weeks after receipt of order.

The county will pay the proper amounts due within sixty 60 days of receipt by the county of the invoice with any requested supporting documentation and approval of the invoice by the ulster county comptroller.

Unless otherwise stated in the product specifications, all items shall be guaranteed for a minimum period of one 1 year against defective parts and workmanship.

Items may be awarded individually, by section, or in whole, based on the lowest responsive, responsible bid.

The submission of this bid certifies that the bidder has read, is familiar with, and will comply with any and all segments of these specifications.

A contract may be canceled at the successful bidders expense for nonperformance or poor performance of contract upon ten calendar days written notice to the successful bidder.

Bidder must submit at least one sample for every item style bid that is from a manufacturer or style other than the brandname manufacturer and style specified.

All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing 7 days prior to submission of bid.

Failure to submit any of the documents as part of your bid may be cause for rejection of the bid.

Production items are required within 120 calendar days after government approval of samples.

Interested firms should submit a capabilities statement demonstrating ability to meet requirements, including company name, CAGE code, and experience in textile apparel manufacturing. Interested firms are invited to submit a capabilities statement, no more than two 2 pages

The contractor shall submit one sample of each required size for each garment type within 30 calendar days after award.

Items may be rejected for incorrect sizing, improper logo placement, color variation, fabric defects, printing defects, or damage during shipment.

Production items: within 120 calendar days after government approval of samples.

Interested firms are invited to submit a capabilities statement, no more than two 2 pages, demonstrating the firms ability to meet the draft performance work statement requirements.

Within thirty 30 calendar days after award, the contractor shall submit: one sample of each required size for each garment type.
