The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is soliciting services for preventive maintenance and repair of government-owned Bayer Medrad Injector systems at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System in Montgomery, AL. The contract covers all labor, travel, PM, calibration, corrective maintenance, technical support, software/cybersecurity updates, and OEM parts. The performance period is base year October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with two one-year options. The solicitation is a 100 total small business setaside, including WOSB eligible. Contractors must provide qualified personnel and warranty on workmanship for 90 days after repair/inspection.

The contractor shall provide warranty on the integrity of workmanship, labor, parts, service, testing, repair, inspection, and certification. The warranty period shall be for 90days after the repair, inspection, andor certification.
