Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded Reclamation work consists of excavating four ( 4) existing collapsed/sealed portals to install necessary drainage control and to construct 210 L. F. of 2 ft flat bottomed ditch with approximately 280 L. F. of subdrain along the bench. There will also be installed 150 L. F. of ECB V ditch to handle any additional drainage/seepage from the bench slope that may be affecting the residence. This will discharge into constructed 120 L. F. of concrete block- tied mat which drains to installed 18 IN HDPE culvert with headwall. Staging area is proposed as you enter the property near the water meter. Total project area is 1. 2 acres. The portals to be affected are collapsed/sealed but seeping. Water buildup on bench is noticeable and may cause instability of slope behind the residence.
