Bidders must furnish and deliver Apple computers and accessories within 45 calendar days from the notice to proceed date. All bids must be submitted electronically through hiepro by 2:30 p. m. on September 29, 2026. The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must be authorized resellers. Goods must be new, and the contractor warrants materials and workmanship for the period designated in the technical specifications.
Delivery shall be made within forty five 45 consecutive calendar days from the date designated in the notice to proceed.
The contractor shall be remunerated upon submission of a properly executed original invoice. . . no later than thirty 30 calendar days following receipt of invoice and acceptance of services, whichever is later.
The contractor shall warrant that all workmanship and materials of all goods furnished under this contract shall be guaranteed for the period as designated in the technical specifications from the date of acceptance.
The award of contract, if awarded, shall be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on the total amount of items no. 1 8.
The bidder must be engaged in a business whose primary and customary interest is to provide the specified goods and/or services. The bidder must also be an authorized reseller of the brand of computers and related accessories.
Questions must be submitted by september 18, 2026.
Any of the following may be grounds for disqualification: 1. taking exception to any of the specifications, terms or conditions contained in the ifb. 2. placing conditions on the furnishing of solicited goods or services. 3. inclusion of a quotation or order form containing additional specifications, terms or conditions.
