Respondents will be evaluated on FAA certifications and maintenance capabilities (25 points), cost (15 points), qualifications and experience (25 points), availability and customer service (25 points), and understanding of the scope of services (10 points). The respondents will be evaluated on the following criteria: 1. 25 points faa certifications and maintenance capabilities aviation maintenance experience as a certified faa ap and ia, including the types of aircraft, engines, airframes, inspections, repairs, and maintenance services the offeror is qualified and authorized to perform.
