Questions due November 4, 2026. Bid must remain valid for 120 days. Insurance required including cyber liability and technology E&O. Vendor must be authorized VMware reseller. No substitutions accepted. Contract term 12 months with option to extend up to three additional one-year terms.

The county will pay within 60 days of acceptance of invoice. The county will pay the contractor within sixty (60) days of the county's acceptance of the invoice and supporting documentation.
Contractor warrants services performed in good and workmanlike manner. The services will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with generally acceptable practices in the industry.
Contract awarded to bidder most advantageous to the county. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submitted a bid that is most advantageous to genesee county.
Bidder must be skilled and regularly engaged in similar work. No bid will be considered from any bidder unless known to be skilled and regularly engaged in the work of a character similar to that covered by the solicitation documents.
Termination for cause if breach continues 14 days after notice. If the contractor is in breach of any provision of this contract, and such breach continues for fourteen (14) days after written notice. . . the county may terminate this contract.
Questions must be received by November 4, 2026, 3:00 PM EST. All questions regarding this itb shall be submitted in writing and received no later than wednesday, november 4, 2026, before 3:00 pm est.
Failure to provide all requested items may cause rejection. Failure to provide all requested items may be sufficient cause for rejection of bid response.
