The contractor must demonstrate capability through past performance and provide references. the contractor must show, by past performance, that heshe is capable of performing a contract of this magnitude and must provide, as part of the contractors proposal, a list of other contracts completed in other cities and towns.
Liquidated damages of **** per day will be deducted for failure to complete work by June 30, 2027. if the contractor fails to satisfactorily complete the entire work, on all streets listed, contemplated and provided for under this contract, on or before june 30, 2027, the owner shall deduct from the payments due the contractor the sum of **** per day for each calendar day of delay
