Commonwealth Of Kentucky - Department Of Criminal Justice Training - Ky - Agency Bids & RFPs

Lot 1: FY 27 The Legal Training Section, Training Support Branch, Training Operations Division of the Department of Criminal Justice Training is seeking the services of three ( 3) attorney/trainers to fill three ( 3) vacancies for the Moot Court training sessions scheduled during the final week of the Basic Training Academy. The RFP will require three ( 3) contracts, one for each of the selected attorney/trainers. The attorney/trainers will serve in the role as defense attorneys in mock trial settings that are based on cases, which students have worked during the course of their training. Attorney/trainers will review students' paperwork and materials prior to the courtroom exercise, cross- examine the students on their testimony and critique the students' performances as to their paperwork and materials presented on their testimony given during the mock trial. Classes contain a minimum of fifteen ( 15) students to a maximum of forty- two ( 42) students, making it necessary to run two sessions concurrently. Each attorney/trainer may conduct up to a maximum of thirteen ( 13) sessions per fiscal year. Contracts awarded through the RFP shall be effective November 9, 2026 through June 30, 2028. The Commonwealth reserves the right to renew this contract for up to two ( 2) additional two ( 2) year periods.

Lot 1: The Kentucky Post Critical Incident Seminar ( KYPCIS) holds two ( 2) seminars in Bowling Green, KY throughout the fiscal year: In 2026, the dates will be October. For 2027, the dates will be April. This request is looking for caterers to feed staff and participants through the scheduled seminar period. Please see the attached price matrix for details. This will be an all inclusive contract for the Fiscal Year of 2027. Each seminar shall not exceed $ 12, **** Caterer will feed up to 85 individuals daily. Including lunch, dinner, snacks, all paper products, water and teals.

Lot 1: Per KRS ****, the Department of Criminal Justice Training ( DOCJT) provides multiple Kentucky Post Critical Incident Seminars ( KYPCIS) throughout the year as part of the Commonwealth' s Professional Development and Wellness Program. Seminars are led by Mental Health Professionals who have training and experience in trauma counseling. DOCJT seeks to contract with multiple Mental Health Professionals for the purpose of providing trauma counseling services to law enforcement, military, and public safety dispatch seminar attendees who have experienced their own post critical incident. Refer to RFP Submission Checklist and RFP Terms & Conditions for all instructions regarding bid submissions. Attach a separate file for your Cost, Technical, and Proprietary Proposals. DOCJT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to hire up to four ( 4) positions under this solicitation

Each seminar shall not exceed $ 12, **** Caterer will feed up to 85 individuals daily. Including lunch, dinner, snacks, all paper products, water and teals.
