Proposers shall demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of ADA consulting experience, experience with public and private sector accessibility projects, knowledge of ADA, ADAAG, Section 504, Section 508, and related regulations, experience conducting facility accessibility audits, and the ability to interpret architectural drawings. Preferred certifications include CASP, CPACC, Registered Architect or Professional Engineer, and ADA Coordinator Training Certification.

Respondents may be disqualified for reasons including collusion, interest in more than one response, litigation against MHMR, being in arrears on a contract, lack of competency, uncompleted work hindering prompt completion, or limited competition.
