Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for a non-personal services contract to provide education and training for Air Advisors at the USAF Expeditionary Center. The contract will initially be executed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ, but may transition to other locations in the contiguous US or remote sites, excluding combat zones.
