This solicitation is for indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the production of parts using additive manufacturing (AM). The DLA Research and Development program office is requesting proposals for a pilot program. Offerors must follow instructions in sections L and M of the RFP. The contract will include product definition, special instructions, and acceptance criteria. Individual task orders (firm fixed price) will be issued to awarded IDIQ contract holders. The total amount of all orders placed against all IDIQ contracts shall not exceed $10M over a five-year period. A guaranteed minimum amount of $2,**** is also specified for the life of each contract. The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses by reference. Additional documents, such as a capability questionnaire, quality management systems standards, and site surveys, are required. Participation criteria, including size standards (small business, 8(a), service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone), are specified. The period of performance is one year base period and four one-year option periods, starting August 10, 2025. Organizational conflict of interest and subcontracting plans are required for non-small business offerors. The government reserves the right to audit records.

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks potential range facilities and support for multi-domain operations for the Tactical Air Control Party Modernization Program (TACPM). This notice is for a new contract for the acquisition of opended software license, including training and maintenance, from the sole provider. The software is required to support the 76th propulsion maintenance group's hybrid directed energy deposition (DED) repair process. The contract type is firm-fixed-price (FFP). The acquisition includes initial product purchase, comprehensive training, and the option to renew annual maintenance and support. The justification for other than full and open competition is based on the sole source provider of the brand name opended software, an integral part of their proprietary openarms framework. Extensive market research was conducted, and no comparable alternatives were found. The 76th pmxg will continue to monitor the market for emerging technologies and alternative solutions.
