The Oklahoma State Department of Health is seeking responses from potential suppliers for a contract to host, provide technical support, and maintain the Oklahoma screening and registry employee evaluation network (OK Screen). The system is used for processing and reviewing national criminal history background checks for potential employees, in accordance with Oklahoma law. A statewide contract may result from this solicitation.

The USDA intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Tecan US, Inc. for five modified Tecan Fluent 480 liquid handlers. The procurement is justified as sole source due to the specialized nature of the equipment and its compatibility with existing systems at the National Veterinary Services Laboratories (NVS) and the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF). Market research was conducted, and the results indicate that the Tecan Fluent platform is the only one that meets all the requirements.
