The offeror must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. All software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The contract is subject to 41 U. S. C. chapter 71, contract disputes. The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations applicable to its performance under this contract.
