Lot 1: Price per time for snowplowing both Zone 1 and Zone 2 including salt/sanding driveways, employee and visitor parking areas and walking trail in Zone 1 with each plowing.
Lot 2: Per time rate for snowplowing and salt/sanding driveways, visitor and employee parking lots, and walking trail. ( Indicated on the project map in Zone 1)
Lot 3: Per- time rate for applying salt/sand to driveways, visitor and employee parking lots, and walking trail. ( Indicated on the project map in Zone 1)

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking bids for snowplowing and applying salt/sand to parking areas and roadways at the Grand Rapids DNR headquarters. The contract is for two years, from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2027. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT portal. All costs (labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax) must be included in the unit price. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The state reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the state. This is a rated order under DPAS rating solicitation, offer, and award (15 CFR 700). Sealed bids are requested for furnishing supplies or services. Offers are due by 5:00 PM MST on July 17, 2025, and must be submitted on SAM. gov. The contract is a lowest price technically acceptable offer.
