This is a sources sought announcement to determine the availability and technical capability of businesses to provide tire changing machinery and accessories. Responses are due April 18, 2025, at 3:00 PM CST. The announcement is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Delivery and installation schedule must be coordinated with the COR. The contractor warrants that the items will be free from defects for one year. Phone response to warranty issues within 1 hour and onsite response within 24 hours is required. The government reserves the right to inspect or test any supplies or services. Changes in contract terms and conditions may be made only by written agreement. The contractor shall indemnify the government against patent infringement. Payment shall be made for accepted items delivered to the delivery destinations. The contract price includes all applicable taxes and duties. The government reserves the right to terminate the contract for its sole convenience. The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations. The contractor shall not make reference in its commercial advertising to VA contracts in a manner that states or implies VA approval or endorsement. No used, refurbished, or remanufactured supplies or equipment parts shall be provided. Vendor must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller. VA shall evaluate offerors based on their servicedisabled veteran-owned or veteran-owned small business status. Payment requests shall be submitted electronically. The contracting officer reserves the right to designate an administrative contracting officer. Rejected goods will be held for 15 days, after which they will be returned to the contractor. Perishable supplies must be removed within 48 hours. The contractor shall comply with FAR clauses to implement provisions of law or executive orders.
