The work consists of excavation, embankment placement, stockpiling earthen materials, placement of bedding and riprap, geotextile, surfacing, clearing and grubbing, utility relocation, installation of flap gates, construction of access road, drainage, culverts, construction unwatering, and traffic control and coordination and turf establishment. The estimated value of the work is between 25,000,000 and 100,000,000. This requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside. Bidders shall furnish unit prices for each item listed in the schedule requiring a unit price. All work under these specifications shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of EM **** safety and occupational health requirements, dated 15 March 2024.
