The City of Somerville is seeking proposals for a 3-year contract for a
Parking Management Information System (PMIS). Key dates include: RFP issued ****, questions due ****, proposals due ****, anticipated contract award ****, contract commencement ****, and contract completion **** must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Procurement Contracting Services Department at the address provided. management system, a boot and tow system, and an online dispute and adjudication processing system. The city requires a detailed summary of credits due from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for registration/license clears. The vendor must provide a monthly
management report of corrective actions taken to merge split records. The vendor must provide a web-based portal for customers to manage their
parking tickets, including alerts for critical events. The vendor must provide 32 new handheld electronic ticket writing devices, printers, and carrying cases. The vendor must provide a supervisory application for enforcement staff supervisors to review officer activity in real-time.
