This notice describes a procurement for architect and engineering services, including landscaping, interior layout, and design, with a focus on historic preservation. The contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type, anticipated to be awarded to a pool of at least three contractors. The services will primarily support the National Cemetery Association, IMCOM, USACE Seattle District, and other customers requiring historic preservation services, covering the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying areas.

This is a solicitation for a full line of produce support for DOD troops and non-DOD USDA school customers located in the El Paso and New Mexico zone. Offers are due by 8:00 PM, June 10th, 2025. The acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside under full and open competition procedures. The contract period is from September 29, 2025, to August 23, 2030 (5 years). It contains one 24-month base and two 18-month tiers. The maximum total contract value is $82,005,**** quantities of fresh fruit and vegetables are required throughout the contract term. Proposals will be evaluated based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) procedures, including technical acceptability (no exceptions to terms and conditions, compliance with submission requirements, including PACA license, USDA GAP/GHP/GMP audit reports, or equivalent third-party certifications). Pricing is required for all items and tiers. The government will perform an aggregate price analysis. Past performance is not used as an evaluation factor, but will be considered in a determination of responsibility for the successful offeror prior to award. The government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions, unless later determined necessary by the contracting officer.

This is a Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential suppliers of scandium metal and/or scandium oxide for addition to the national defense stockpile. Interested vendors must submit responses in Microsoft Word or Office **** compatible format by 12:00 PM EST on May 14, 2025, via email to the specified addresses. Responses must include administrative information, contract strategy, NDA or statement regarding proprietary data release, business type, and facility security clearance. Part 2 of the response should include answers to the requested information in section 3. Proprietary information must be clearly marked. All submissions become government property and will not be returned.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a market survey to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from potential vendors for a contract to provide metered mail operations at various FAA sites. The contract is for a one-year base period, renewable for up to four additional one-year option periods, not to exceed five years in total. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement, a fully executed business declaration form, and, if applicable, a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter. Responses are due by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on May 29, 2025. Questions regarding the market survey must be submitted electronically to the contracting officer by 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on May 15, 2025.
