All goods and services are subject to inspection by the Fdic oversight manager. The Fdic has 15 business days to determine compliance. If not compliant, the contractor must re-perform or re-deliver. The contractor must provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to the Fdic. Records of all inspection work must be kept complete and available to the Fdic. The goods must be delivered in accordance with the section B price schedule. The Fdic is exempt from paying any city, county, state, and federal taxes. Failure to perform due to events beyond the contractor's control is excusable. The contractor must implement effective safeguards to protect Fdic information. The contractor must grant Fdic information security and privacy staff, the Fdic Office of the Inspector General, the U. S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), or an Fdic-selected third party permission to perform inspections, assessments, audits, reviews, or examinations. The contractor must report suspected or confirmed breaches to the Fdic's Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) immediately. The contractor must provide affected individuals with credit monitoring and identity protection services. Subcontracts must include this clause. The contractor must apply basic safeguarding requirements and procedures to protect covered contractor information systems. The contractor must report any supply chain events to the contracting officer. The contract is governed by federal law. The contractor must provide certificates of
insurance.
