Sealed bid for supplying marching band percussion instruments. Bidders must submit bids on the provided forms by 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time on the specified date. Bids must be in hard copy, and include original signatures. The bid must specify the brand and model number of the product offered. Equivalent brands are acceptable, but bidders must provide supporting documentation. Delivery is required by August 1st, 2025. A one-year warranty is required for the instruments, with two years for SFZ models. Cases have a 10-year warranty. The successful bidder agrees to replace the unit with a new piece of equipment if the same problem occurs three times in the first year. All shipping and installation costs must be included in the bid price. The university reserves the right to award items separately, grouped, or on an all-or-none basis and to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. The successful bidder will be required to provide a W9 form and their tax identification number. The state is exempt from sales/use tax. All products must be new, never previously used, and the current model and/or packaging. No remanufactured, demonstrator, used, or irregular products will be considered unless otherwise specified. The manufacturer's standard warranty will apply unless otherwise specified. The contractor agrees to abide by the requirements of various federal and state laws, including the Davis-Bacon Act. The contractor agrees that the university and the legislative auditor of the state of Louisiana shall have access to, and the right to audit and examine, any pertinent books, documents, papers, and records of the contractor related to this bid and any resulting contract agreement. The contractor agrees to protect, defend, indemnify, save, and hold harmless the state of Louisiana from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liability arising out of injury or death to any person or the damage, loss or destruction of any property which may occur, or in any way grow out of, any act or omission of contractor, its agents, servants, and employees.

The Danbury Federal Bureau of Prisons is requesting bids for non-food items, with a budget for the 4th quarter of fiscal year 2025. Bids are due June 2, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. Awards will be based on past performance. Refer to the attached cover letter for more information.

Formal sealed bids in a sealed envelope with the bid number clearly marked on the front are required. Faxed or email responses are not acceptable. Responses must be signed and include a list of three references, sample drawings, brand of uniforms, warranty, delivery timeframe, fabric swatches (Kelly ****, Black ****, White **** white matte lycra, gold metallic lumina), uniform specifications, and a sample showing construction details. Shipping of the sample both ways is the responsibility of the bidder. Failure to submit all required items may result in bid rejection. The university will evaluate respondents based on quality, references, durability, warranty, and price. Contract and grant disclosure, combined boycott and illegal immigrant certification form, and EEO policy forms must be completed before a purchase order can be released. Uniforms provided must be consistent with the quality of the sample uniform. The university reserves the right to return the uniforms at the bidder's expense, deduct a prorated amount from the invoice, or purchase proper uniforms elsewhere and charge the additional cost to the bidder if the quality is not consistent. The proposal and resulting contract is available to any college or university in Arkansas that wishes to utilize the services of the selected proposer. Any resultant contract shall not be assigned without the express written consent of the university. It is the intent of the university to purchase uniforms that will last approximately 10 years. Anticipated delivery of uniforms is Fall 2025.

The City of Tulsa Finance Department is soliciting bids for Mobil oil testing services for the Water Sewer Department. The bid submission date is ****, and bids are open the day after the due date. Bidders must register online, submit two sealed copies of their bids (original and copy) to the City Clerk's Office, and include the bid number on the envelope. Questions must be submitted via email to the assigned buyer at least 10 days prior to the bid submission date. The city may issue addenda or amendments before the bid submission date. The bid evaluation will consider price, specifications, bidder history, delivery time, and other factors. The winning bid will be awarded to the lowest secure bidder. The successful bidder will be required to provide insurance and other documents as specified in the IFB. The agreement will be a one-year annual contract, with the possibility of renewal for up to four additional one-year terms. The city reserves the right to postpone the bid submission date or delay the bid opening date.
