Work includes phased demolition and replacement of equipment, ductwork modifications, ductwork cleaning, installation of dedicated outside air equipment, power for HVAC equipment removal and installation, installation of new attic access, and concrete patio. Trades involved shall include but are not limited to: demolition, concrete, ceilings, mechanical, ductwork, and electrical.

This solicitation is a small business set-aside for the installation of electrical and electronic equipment components. The evaluation process will prioritize past performance over cost. Offerors must meet minimum technical requirements and provide detailed project management information, including key personnel experience. A site visit is scheduled for July 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time. Questions and answers are due by July 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time. Funds are not currently available, and a bid guarantee will be required upon availability. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.

The U. S. Coast Guard Academy requires cleaning services for kitchen hoods, dishwasher exhaust systems, and dryer exhaust systems. The contractor must submit an annual work plan within 14 calendar days of contract award and by October 1st each year thereafter. Inspection reports must be submitted electronically within 14 calendar days of completion. The period of performance is one year with four one-year option periods, from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2030. The primary place of performance is the U. S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT. The government will furnish utility resources. The contractor is responsible for all other facilities, materials, equipment, and services. The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will review deliverables and provide feedback within 10 business days. The contractor has 10 business days to make corrections and resubmit.
