Bid for life sciences door hardware replacements at the University of Louisville. Bid opening is May 16, 2025, 12:00 PM EST. Bidders must comply with the University's general terms and conditions, and those outlined in section 4 of the Invitation to Bid (IB). Additional documents (drawings, specifications, site cleaning requirements, etc. ) are available at a provided link. Bidders must provide a proposed schedule, qualifications, references, insurance certificates, and detailed pricing. The awarded contractor will be responsible for all materials, equipment, labor, permits, inspection, testing, and supervision. The project start date is May 26, 2025, with substantial completion on August 5, 2025, and final completion on August 15, 2025. There are several add alternates being considered. Bidders must follow university safety and coordination guidelines, including work hours, parking regulations, and COVID-19 safety requirements. Price is the main consideration, but value will also be considered. Bidders must submit bids on two-sided recycled paper, and refrain from excess packaging. Multiple bids from the same supplier will be rejected. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor technicalities. Bidders must comply with Kentucky state laws and regulations, including tax requirements. The awarded contractor will be responsible for any site modifications or site disturbances and restoring the site to its original condition upon completion. Insurance requirements are detailed in the document. Bidders must provide a bid guarantee of at least 5% of the bid amount. Performance and payment bonds are required. The university reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience or nonperformance.

Bid for a 5-year contract for satellite TV service. Mandatory site visit on May 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM at **** Foster Ave, Nashville, TN. All responses must be submitted online through the supplier portal, mailed, or hand-delivered. The State cannot accept responses via email. Bidders must complete and submit a diversity business participation form with the bid and monthly thereafter. Bidders must also provide documentation of registration with the Department of Revenue for sales and use tax, or an exemption letter. Bidders must comply with all statutes and terms contained in the rules of the Department of General Services, Central Procurement Office. The bid offer will expire 0 days after the bid opening date. The respondent must list the contract administrators name, address, phone number, respondent's toll-free phone number, contract administrator's pager or cell number, contract administrator's email address, and respondent's website. The respondent must list all licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local law. The respondent must indicate whether or not they plan to subcontract. If yes, list the subcontractors' names, addresses, contact persons, and phone numbers. The respondent must answer yes or no to questions regarding debarment, suspension, convictions, civil judgments, indictments, criminal or civil charges, and terminated public transactions. The contract shall not be assigned or subcontracted without prior written approval. The contractor shall be the prime contractor and responsible for all work provided. The submitted information will become the property of the State of Tennessee. If any data changes, the supplier must immediately update the information electronically through the supplier portal. The contract must comply with nondiscrimination laws.
