Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30 of Standard Form **** due date is 10:00 AM HST on May 16, 2025. Questions are due by May 2, 2025, 9:00 AM HST. A site visit is scheduled for April 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM HST. Quotes must be submitted in electronic PDF format, with two copies, one redacted. Complete pricing for each item, including unit price, extended price, and total price in US dollars, rounded to the nearest hundredth. Offers must include a technical description of the items, terms of warranty, price, discount terms, remit to address (if different), completed representations and certifications, acknowledgment of solicitation amendments, past performance information, and a statement specifying agreement with all terms if not submitted on SF ****s are valid for 30 calendar days from the offer due date. Product samples are required if specified in the solicitation. Multiple offers are encouraged. Late submissions will not be considered unless accepted by the contracting
officer. The government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions. The government may reject any or all offers. The government may accept any item or group of items of an offer. Requirements documents are available on the assist website. Offerors must be registered in SAM and PIE. Monthly invoicing is acceptable. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System is not used for this requirement. The government will not accept any changes to the contractor's offer after the closing date of the solicitation. The offeror shall provide the name, title, and telephone number of the company/division point of contact regarding decisions made with respect to the offer.
