The contractor must also coordinate cutover with the site point of contact at least 10 calendar days in advance. The project must be completed within a period of performance determined based on the proposed schedule and actual contract award date. Any site work requested by the contractor to be performed outside of normal duty hours shall be coordinated with the government at least 10 calendar days in advance.
