The Cherokee Nation is seeking proposals for investigative case management solution software. Proposals must be submitted electronically by May 29, 2025, 5:00 PM CT, to ***@***. *. * preference will be given to responding parties who provide proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employments Office (TERO). Additional documents, including proof of TERO certification, must accompany the proposal. The deadline for questions and clarification is May 19, 2025, 12:00 PM CT. The software must be user-friendly, secure, and support various workflows. The selected vendor will provide a fully functional software system, documentation, training materials, and a detailed project timeline. The contract anticipates a performance period starting from the date of the last signature on the agreement and ending September 30, 2025, with the option to renew for five additional fiscal years based on need, satisfactory performance, mutual agreement of both parties, and funding availability through September 30, 2030. The successful contractor will provide all necessary tools, equipment, parts, supplies, labor, and supervision. Insurance requirements are detailed in the RFP. The nation reserves the right to cancel, modify, or amend the RFP process at any time.

The project involves repairing a warehouse roof, replacing windows and doors, repairing an electrical panel, and upgrading lighting. Contractor must provide a detailed quote and proposal for review and approval before work authorization. Government processing and review of submittals will take 14 calendar days. The contractor is responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and labor union agreements. Access to the base is strictly regulated by the host nation. Personnel accessing the base are not allowed to take photos or videos without prior approval. Payment will be based on completed and approved tasks and provided documentation.
