The State of Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, Hawaii Tourism Authority, is seeking proposals for Hawaii tourism destination brand marketing services for the Oceania major market area. The Rose Bowl Operating Company (RBOC) is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) or contractor for the renovation of the Rose Bowl Stadium south endzone. The project is in two phases: preconstruction/design assist services (Phase 1) and construction services (Phase 2, optional). Proposals must include statements of qualifications, technical proposals, and price proposals. The selection committee will evaluate proposals based on six key areas and select finalists for interviews. The project must be substantially completed by July 2026 to allow for a seamless transition and the RBOC's move-in by August 17, 2026, for the UCLA football home opener on September 12, 2026. The project is funded by RBOC FY26 CIP funds. A guaranteed maximum price (GMP) is anticipated prior to awarding Phase 2. Liquidated damages are included for late completion.
