The Illinois Tollway is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) solution. Quotes must be submitted no later than as published on BidBuy. The contract duration is two years, commencing on the last dated signature. The vendor must be an authorized reseller or demonstrate capability of implementing the FOIA
software. Vendors must provide a letter from the manufacturer authorizing their distribution of the product. The vendor must meet specific
software requirements, including user licenses, accessibility, request intake, permissions, search functionalities, redaction tools, integration capabilities, and reporting. Deliverables include order confirmation,
software product information, and updates. Invoices must be submitted annually within 15 business days, marked to the contract invoice administrator, and delivered to the Illinois Tollway, P. O. Box ****, Lisle, IL ****, or emailed to ***@***. *. * quoted prices are valid for 180 days and no price increases will be accepted. The Tollway is guaranteed to receive the lowest price if a price decrease occurs. Failure to bid on all items will result in a disqualified bid. The estimated quantities are based on the contract term. Vendors are required to complete a basic ordering agreement (BOA) or contract, along with a taxpayer identification number (TIN) page, and, dependent upon dollar value, standard Illinois certifications.
