The anticipated period of performance is a six-month base period, with options for four additional years, and a six-month extension. All work will be performed at the Air Force Research
Laboratory site. Required documents include a completed SF ****, general information section, price schedule, and signed amendments. Quotes based on teaming/partnering relationships or joint ventures require submission of all required information for all parties, including a copy of the teaming/partnering or joint venture agreement. Active SAM registration is required. No site visit is required. The government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without exchanges, but reserves the right to conduct exchanges if necessary. The
contractor must notify each service employee of the minimum wage and fringe benefits required. The government will provide facilities, utilities, and repair parts as needed. The
contractor is responsible for their own transportation, tools, and equipment. Monthly status reports are required. The
contractor must be able to safely test, handle, and dispose of hazardous materials. All personnel must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language. Security requirements apply. The
contractor must wear company identification badges. The government will not supervise
contractor employees. A final invoice and release of claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the end of the performance period.
