Sealed proposals will be received until August 1, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at the office of the clerk of the board of supervisors, at the county administration center, located at 940 Main street in El Centro, California **** must be licensed California contractors, class A, at the time of contract award. All subcontractors performing work exceeding 0. 5% of the total bid (or $10,000, whichever is greater) must be listed. Bidders must comply with California's public works contractor registration law (SB 854), including registration with the Department of Industrial Relations and payment of applicable fees. The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
