The USGS Eastern Ecological Science Center (EES) requires the fabrication of an acrylic oval water tunnel. The contractor is responsible for design, fabrication, and delivery of the tunnel, including materials, fasteners, and gaskets. The tender is for onsite low pressure air compressor (LPC) maintenance and repair services on a DDG-class naval vessel in Yokosuka, Japan. The contract is a firm, fixed price contract, placing maximum risk and responsibility on the contractor. Offerors must consider these risks when pricing their proposals.
