Quotes received after this time and date will not be accepted or considered. The cutoff date and time for receiving questions regarding this bid is 5:00 p. m. PT, on Friday, June 13, 2025. All inquiries must be made in writing and may be submitted to the buyer's email address shown below. All quotations must be submitted on the standard quotation form provided by the city of Redding. Delivery must be scheduled with the city's reprographics department and shall accommodate the city's delivery requirements. The city does not have a loading dock or forklift onsite. The vendor shall unload the pallets via a truck liftgate or similar and use a pallet jack to position the pallets within the city's storage room. The city and its employees will not assist in the unloading process with the exception of providing direction. Vendors not able to meet these delivery requirements shall not bid. Delivery of product must occur within the date range of July 1st 2025 to July 11th, 2025. The city intends to issue a purchase order within 5 business days after closing of bid. Bidders should read the specifications carefully and should inform themselves completely to all existing conditions and limitations. The quote shall include the cost of all items necessary to complete the contract. A specific and verifiable brand or manufacturer must be clearly identified in the bid submission. Submissions listing generic, universal, or similar non-specific brands will not be considered compliant with this requirement.
