Delivery must be scheduled with the city's reprographics department and shall accommodate the city's delivery requirements. The city does not have a loading dock or forklift onsite. The vendor shall unload the pallets via a truck liftgate or similar and use a pallet jack to position the pallets within the city's storage room. The city and its employees will not assist in the unloading process with the exception of providing direction. Vendors not able to meet these delivery requirements shall not bid.
