This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued in conjunction with FAR part 13 simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation number is **** of all constructs shall be required in multiple shipments after contract award. All samples shall be shipped via FedEx priority overnight delivery. Anticipated shipment dates are provided for each shipment. The samples shall be delivered to the National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) at the address provided. Deliveries shall not be scheduled during federal holidays or federal closures. The contract type is a commercial product firm fixed price. The response date is June 18, 2025, 3:00 PM Central Time. The applicable small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is solicited as a total small business set-aside, only small businesses under the applicable NAICS may submit a quote. Prices must be inclusive of shipping. Additional information regarding invoice submission, payment terms, and contract clauses is included in the notice. Offerors shall provide sufficient technical information necessary for the government to conclusively determine that the offered equipment meets all the technical requirements. The government reserves the right to obtain information for use in the evaluation from any sources, including sources outside of the government. The offer agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm through September 30, 2025. Microsoft Suite documents containing macros are not accepted. The government intends to award a contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable responsible offeror. System updates may lag policy updates. The system for award management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Contracting officers will not consider these representations when making award decisions or enforce requirements. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.

Interested firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the Mantua Bridge Replacement Project. The SOQ is the first step in a two-step best value procurement process. A pre-SOQ informational meeting will be held on June 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST via Microsoft Teams. One electronic copy of the SOQ, in PDF format, must be submitted electronically via the Ariba network no later than 2:00 PM EST on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. Late, faxed, emailed, and hardcopies will not be accepted. This is a solicitation for a firm fixed-price contract to move items from the Baker Field Office to one of three locations: Vale District Office, Baker Ware Yard, and the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center. The contract period is from **** to **** invoicing and payment through the US Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) is required.
