The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for drones. Vendors must be registered in the lagov system. A W9 form is required for newly registered vendors. All attachments must be printed and reviewed. The bid opening is online at www. ***. *. * at 9:45 AM Central Time on 06042025. The contract is a blanket order contract to provide drones for the Louisiana Department of Energy and Natural Resources for an initial period beginning with the date of award and ending June 30, 2025. The contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. The total contract time will not exceed 36 months. The state reserves the right to reject individual line items from the award. Items are to be called for by the using agency as needed. No shipments are to be made until the agency calls or otherwise submits an order for shipment of a specific quantity. Minimum orders may be one unit, unless otherwise stated. Unit price should be inclusive of any freight charges. The contractor must be able to obtain and supply the items at their bid price for the entire contract period and within the delivery timeframe provided for on their bid. Unused quantities must not be invoiced and will not be paid. The state reserves the right to reject any and all vendors who cannot make delivery within the stated timeframe.

This notice solicits proposals for 65 units of specialized aircraft maintenance and repair shop equipment. Government source approval is required prior to contract award, as the item is flight critical. Only previously approved sources are being solicited. Offers must include all data required by the source approval brochure. Additional information regarding qualification requirements is available from the cited office. The government is not using FAR Part 12 policies for this acquisition. The solicitation will be posted to NECO (presumably a government website) on approximately May 28, 2025, with a response closing date of June 26, 2025. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. The contract duration will be one year. Buy American clauses will apply. Electronic procedures will be used. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received within 45 days after the publication date will be considered. The anticipated award date is July 11, 2025. No telephone requests or hard copies will be honored.
