This solicitation requests a work order price list for grounds maintenance at Buckley SFB, CO. This notice describes a sole-source contract modification to increase the contract ceiling for Raytheon Company to provide GPS-based positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) service (GPNTs) software support services. The modification is justified due to Raytheon's unique expertise as the original designer and developer of GPNTs, and the potential delays and capability gaps that would result from using another vendor. The contract modification is expected to be completed by August 2025, prior to the contract period of performance ending November 14, 2029. The government received responses from other vendors, but determined that they could not meet the requirements without unacceptable delays. The contracting officer has determined the anticipated cost to be fair and reasonable.
