This tender seeks proposals for the design, delivery, installation, testing, and support of a high-speed camera lighting array for the FAA Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI). The array must interface with existing high-speed video capture systems, cranes, and meet specific lighting requirements. The contractor must provide a project schedule within 60 days of contract award, a design proposal within 45 days, and monthly status reports. The project must be completed within 180 days of contract award. The statement of work includes detailed requirements for the lighting array, design review, pre-installation activities, site surveys, high bay specifications, delivery planning, site installation and integration, acceptance test procedures, decommissioning of equipment, training, and support. Additional documents, such as FAA specifications and handbooks, are referenced and available for review. The FAA will coordinate with the vendor to ensure physical infrastructure is in place to support the system. The contractor must be escorted throughout the facility and must submit a list of integration team members.

This RFI seeks information on existing or developing next-generation LED bear light carts for military use in austere locations. Respondents must submit documentation of their company's capabilities and any relevant papers, presentations, or models by June 15, 2025. Participation in this market research does not guarantee future solicitations or contract awards. Small businesses are encouraged to participate and detail any teaming arrangements. The RFI includes detailed objectives, thresholds, and a matrix of tradeoffs for the desired solution.
