Latest US Trail Report Contracts & Bids

This is a notice for a firm fixed-price service contract with the Nez Perce Tribe for a historic context statement regarding streams and waterways, and trails. The contract is a single-source procurement, and the services are for compiling national register determinations of eligibility, interviewing tribal members, and consolidating information into a report. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement to the contracting officer by 09:00 am Pacific Daylight Time on July 11, 2025. The US Army Corps of Engineers is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.

Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) by the solicitation response date. The government may evaluate solely on the information provided in the quotation. Quotations that include additional terms may be excluded. Quotations must include a price for all items. The contractor shall submit invoices and supporting documentation to the contracting officer (COR) via www. ***. *. * COR must obtain approval for payment for all invoices. A proper invoice must include specific information. The contract incorporates clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Amendment to solicitation for repair or alteration of highways, roads, streets, bridges, and railways. Pre-bid meeting questions, responses, and attendee names are provided. This is a study to connect communities to the LA River Trail. The study will address the state's role and create a comprehensive plan. It will support District 7's CAT plan 2022 and contribute to the goals of the state bicycle and pedestrian plan. The study will produce a report, public engagement summary, web map, and identification of funding opportunities. There are no updates for digital accessibility at this time, but accessible versions can be requested.
